Welcome to growity.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the growity.ai website and platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using any part of the growity.ai platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the service.
growity.ai provides an AI-powered advertising management platform designed to support advertisers in operating and optimizing their advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Telegram Ads, Yandex Direct, and Meta Ads. Our services include:
The Service does not replace any ad platform. It operates as a management layer that interacts with ad platforms through their official APIs and permission systems.
How access works. To use the platform, you connect your ad platform accounts through each platform's native permission system (Google OAuth, Telegram admin access, Yandex OAuth, Meta Business Manager). This access allows the service to execute automated actions strictly within the permissions explicitly granted by you. You retain full ownership, control, and responsibility over your ad platform accounts and can revoke access at any time through each platform's settings.
User responsibility. You remain solely responsible for all advertising decisions, campaign configurations, budgets, bids, targeting parameters, and outcomes. The service acts only as an execution and assistance tool based on your authorization and AI-generated recommendations.
Changes are not reversed. When you connect an ad account, you authorize growity.ai to create, modify, and pause campaigns, ad groups, ads, bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting within that account. Once access is granted, the service may begin executing changes immediately. You may disconnect at any time through your settings or through the ad platform's permission system — disconnecting stops further changes but does not restore the account to its prior state. Any rollback of past changes is your responsibility and can be performed using each ad platform's native change history or audit controls.
Manual changes during connection. If you make changes directly in a connected ad account (outside of growity.ai), those changes may be overwritten by our automation or may take time to synchronize into our system. We do not guarantee that manual edits will be respected or preserved while the account is connected.
We do not handle your advertising budget. All advertising funds are held by and paid directly to the respective ad platforms (Google, Telegram, Yandex, Meta). growity.ai does not collect, hold, transfer, or have access to your ad platform balances. We only manage campaign settings — budgets, bids, targeting, creatives, and ad status.
No sensitive credentials stored. We do not store your ad platform passwords, tokens, session cookies, or any other authentication credentials. Access is granted solely through each platform's native OAuth or permission system.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
The Service depends on the availability and functionality of third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Telegram Ads, Yandex Direct, and Meta Ads.
Changes, limitations, suspensions, technical modifications, or enforcement actions imposed by third-party platforms may affect, restrict, or disable some or all features of the Service.
The Company does not guarantee continued compatibility with any third-party platform and shall not be liable for any impact on the Service resulting from actions or changes of such platforms.
To use our platform, you must create an account using one of the following authentication methods:
We do not store passwords.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the service.
Certain features of the service require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Base fee. The platform charges a recurring monthly base fee, billed monthly, which covers platform access and AI management capabilities. The amount is the one stated for your plan on our pricing page.
Usage fee. In addition to the base fee, a usage fee on your managed ad spend is charged at the rate stated for your plan on our pricing page. Ad spend is tracked continuously via connected ad platform APIs. When the accumulated usage fee reaches the current threshold, it is automatically charged to your payment method on file. The threshold increases with account trust. Independent of the threshold, accumulated usage fees are settled at least once every 30 days: if you spend slowly and never reach the current threshold, your outstanding usage fee is charged once a month so that no balance owed to growity.ai ages beyond a single billing cycle.
Activation window. New accounts have a 14-day activation window. Your payment method is collected at signup but is not charged during this period. Within these 14 days you may connect ad platforms and configure campaigns at no cost. Billing begins when you activate — by launching your first campaign or by clicking Activate now — at which point your subscription becomes active and the first monthly base fee is charged immediately. If 14 days pass without activation, your subscription is automatically canceled and no charge is made.
Business plan. You may upgrade to the Business plan at any time from your billing settings, at the price stated for that plan on our pricing page. The Business plan includes priority support with response within 24 hours, setup assistance, Telegram moderation guidance, monthly strategy and performance reviews, weekly reports and recommendations, and a dedicated Telegram support channel. You may downgrade back to the AI-Managed plan at any time. When upgrading mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the period and the higher plan takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the current plan remains active until the end of the billing period and the lower plan begins at the next renewal — no refund or credit is issued for the unused portion.
Right to terminate service. We reserve the right to terminate your Business plan subscription, refund the remaining unused portion of the current billing period, and move your account to the AI-Managed plan at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to abusive, threatening, or unreasonably demanding behavior toward our staff. In such cases, AI campaign management will continue uninterrupted on the AI-Managed plan.
Prepaid balance. You may deposit funds into your account balance at any time, with a minimum top-up of $3 per transaction. Your balance is used to pay growity.ai fees (base subscription and usage fee) before your card is charged. From time to time, we may offer promotional bonus credits on deposits; the terms of any such offer (eligibility, amount, expiry) are displayed where the offer is presented. Bonus credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and forfeited if the underlying deposit is refunded. For refund calculation, all spend is treated as drawn from cash first, regardless of bonus credits previously issued or consumed.
Auto-charge. By default, your payment method on file is charged automatically when your accumulated usage fee reaches the current threshold described above. If you hold a positive prepaid balance, the fee is deducted from the balance first; your card is only charged for any remainder. You may disable auto-charge at any time from your billing settings. When auto-charge is disabled, you remain responsible for settling outstanding usage fees by topping up your balance — if your balance is insufficient and the accumulated fee remains unpaid, your campaigns may be paused until payment is received.
Inactive accounts. If your account has no active campaigns for 60 consecutive days, a monthly maintenance fee, as stated on our pricing page, will be charged to maintain your account, data, and platform integrations. You may avoid this fee by canceling your account before the 60-day inactivity period. We will send a reminder email 7 days before the first maintenance fee is charged.
Taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated automatically based on your location using Stripe Tax and are charged in addition to the fees described above. Tax amounts are displayed before payment is processed.
Price changes. We may adjust our fees from time to time. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect by email or through the service. The new pricing will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with the updated pricing, you may cancel your account before the new prices take effect.
Refunds. Refund eligibility varies by charge type. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details, or contact support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you must not:

growity.ai does not permit advertising, promotion, or any association with the following categories of content, products, or services:
Restricted categories. The following categories require prior verification before advertising is permitted:
This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether content or an advertiser falls within a prohibited or restricted category.
Platform compliance declarations. Where a connected advertising platform requires a declaration about the nature of your advertising — including the European Union political advertising disclosure required by Google Ads — growity.ai submits that declaration on your behalf, stating that your campaigns do not contain political advertising. By using the service you warrant that this is accurate and that you will not run political or otherwise prohibited advertising through the platform. You are solely responsible for any breach of a connected platform's policies arising from your content.
Accounts found to be promoting, advertising, or associated with any of the above categories will be suspended immediately and without refund.
All content, features, and functionality of the growity.ai platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of growity.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws.
All materials produced or generated by growity.ai — including ad creatives, copy, keywords, and campaign configurations, even after you edit them — remain our exclusive property. We may use, modify, or remove them at our sole discretion, including by acting on your connected ad accounts where access is retained, or by requiring you to remove them.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, growity.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the most recent billing period preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to performance, availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Company does not guarantee advertising results, increased performance, cost efficiency, or uninterrupted availability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, intellectual property, and governing law) shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which growity.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
This service is an independent tool designed to assist with managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Telegram Ads, Yandex Direct, and Meta Ads. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google, Telegram, Yandex, Meta, or their parent companies.
The platform operates by interacting with official APIs and permission systems provided by each ad platform, where users have granted authorized access. No user credentials are stored by the service.
Ad platforms may modify, restrict, or discontinue access to certain features or APIs at any time without notice. In such cases, functionality of this service may be temporarily limited or suspended. Funds, campaign settings, and advertising balances remain within users' ad platform accounts at all times.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of each ad platform complies with that platform's terms of service and applicable laws.
