By creating an account or using any part of the growity.ai platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

growity.ai provides an independent automation and optimization assistant designed to support advertisers in operating and optimizing their Telegram Ads campaigns based on user-defined rules, configurations, and preferences. Our services include:
The Service does not replace Telegram Ads, does not provide an official interface to Telegram, and does not operate independently of Telegram Ads.
How access works. To use the platform, you grant our service account admin access to your Telegram Ads organization through Telegram's native permission system. This access allows the service to execute automated operational actions strictly within the permissions explicitly granted by you. You retain full ownership, control, and responsibility over your Telegram Ads account and can revoke access at any time by removing our service account from your organization's admin list.
User responsibility. You remain solely responsible for all advertising decisions, campaign configurations, budgets, bids, targeting parameters, and outcomes. The service acts only as an execution and assistance tool based on your authorization and predefined rules.
We do not handle your advertising budget. All advertising funds are held by and paid directly to Telegram. growity.ai does not collect, hold, transfer, or have access to your Telegram Ads balance. We only adjust campaign settings — budgets, bids, targeting, and ad status.
No sensitive credentials stored. We do not store your Telegram account passwords, tokens, session cookies, or any other authentication credentials. Access is granted solely through Telegram's native admin permission system.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
The Service depends on the availability and functionality of third-party platforms, including Telegram Ads.
Changes, limitations, suspensions, technical modifications, or enforcement actions imposed by third-party platforms may affect, restrict, or disable some or all features of the Service.
The Company does not guarantee continued compatibility with any third-party platform and shall not be liable for any impact on the Service resulting from actions or changes of such platforms.
To use our platform, you must create an account using one of the following authentication methods:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the service.
Certain features of the service require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Pricing. We offer both subscription-based plans and one-time purchases. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
Billing. Subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all fees incurred.
Refunds. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details, or contact support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether content or an advertiser falls within a prohibited or restricted category.
Accounts found to be promoting, advertising, or associated with any of the above categories will be suspended immediately and without refund.
All content, features, and functionality of the growity.ai platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of growity.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you submit through the platform (such as ad creatives and channel information). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, growity.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the most recent billing period preceding the claim.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to performance, availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Company does not guarantee advertising results, increased performance, cost efficiency, or uninterrupted availability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, intellectual property, and governing law) shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which growity.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
This service is an independent tool designed to assist with managing advertising campaigns on Telegram. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Telegram or its parent company.
