Refund Policy

1. Overview

At growity.ai, we want every customer to be satisfied with our service. Because growity.ai is a digital platform delivering automated Telegram advertising and channel-growth services, refunds are handled differently from physical goods.

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued, the process for requesting one, and the timelines involved.

2. Subscription Refunds

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then.

First payment only. You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. This is a one-time right available only for your initial subscription purchase.

Renewal notice. We will send you an email reminder approximately 3 days before each subscription renewal. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

Subsequent payments. All renewal and subsequent subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once a billing period has begun, the charge for that period is not eligible for a refund.

3. One-Time Purchase Refunds

One-time purchases include ad credits, individual campaign packages, licenses, and similar non-recurring items.

You may request a refund for any one-time purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, one-time purchases are non-refundable.

  • Within 14 days, not yet started — full refund.
  • Within 14 days, partially used — refund at our discretion, prorated based on usage.
  • After 14 days — non-refundable.

4. When Refunds Are Granted

Regardless of the product type, we will consider issuing a refund in the following situations:

  • Service outage — a platform-wide outage prevented you from using a paid feature for a material portion of your billing period.
  • Billing error — you were charged an incorrect amount or billed after a valid cancellation.
  • Campaign not delivered — a purchased campaign failed to run and impressions or subscribers were not delivered as promised.

All refund decisions are made at growity.ai's sole discretion after reviewing the relevant account and transaction data.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@growity.ai with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The transaction or order ID (available in your billing dashboard)
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the reason for your request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. All refunds are processed through Stripe.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we initiate it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
