Refund Policy

1. Overview

At growity.ai, we want every customer to be satisfied with our service. Because growity.ai is a digital platform delivering AI-powered advertising management services across multiple ad platforms, refunds are handled differently from physical goods.

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued, the process for requesting one, and the timelines involved.

2. Platform Fee Refunds

Monthly base fee. Your first payment is refundable within 14 days — once per account. After that, the monthly base fee is non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

Plan downgrade. When you downgrade from Business to the AI-Managed plan, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Business features until then, and your next payment is charged at the AI-Managed rate.

Plan upgrade. Upgrades from AI-Managed to Business take effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period, and subsequent payments are at the Business rate.

Charge notifications. You will receive an email receipt after every charge — subscriptions, usage fees, and auto-charge top-ups. All charges reflect services already rendered or billing periods already begun.

3. Usage Fee & Balance Refunds

Usage fees (5% of ad spend). Usage fees are non-refundable. These charges are calculated based on actual ad spend reported by connected ad platforms and reflect AI management services already rendered on live campaigns.

Prepaid balance deposits. Your refundable amount equals your original cash deposits minus all spend (regardless of whether spend was paid from cash or from bonus credits) minus payment processing fees, with a minimum of zero. Bonus credits — whether unused or already consumed — are not refundable in any form and do not increase the refundable amount. Processing fees charged by our payment provider (Stripe) are non-refundable as they are not returned to us.

Maintenance fees. Fees charged for inactive accounts (see Terms of Service, Section 5) are non-refundable.

4. When Refunds Are Granted

Regardless of the product type, we will consider issuing a refund in the following situations:

  • Service outage — a platform-wide outage on our side prevented you from using a paid feature for a material portion of your billing period.
  • Billing error — you were charged an incorrect amount or billed after a valid cancellation.
  • Platform error — the service failed to manage campaigns due to a bug or system error on our side (not due to ad platform changes or policy enforcement).
  • Usage fee dispute — if you believe the 5% usage fee was calculated incorrectly, we will review platform-reported spend data and adjust if an error is confirmed.

All refund decisions are made at growity.ai's sole discretion after reviewing the relevant account and transaction data.

5. Automatic Refunds & Fraud Prevention

To protect our platform and customers, growity.ai may automatically refund a payment without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Fraudulent or high-risk transactions — payments flagged as fraudulent or highest-risk by our payment processor may be automatically refunded.
  • Payment disputes — if a payment dispute (chargeback) is initiated, the charge may be automatically refunded to resolve the dispute.
  • Suspicious activity — suspicious transaction patterns or the use of disposable email addresses may trigger automatic refunds and account restrictions.

Accounts associated with fraudulent activity may be suspended or terminated at growity.ai's sole discretion.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@growity.ai with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The transaction or order ID (available in your billing page)
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the reason for your request

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

7. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. All refunds are processed through Stripe.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we initiate it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
